Aggregator, broker referrer and referrer portfolio management
Then, this opportunity might just be your dream job:
Oversee and build relationships with aggregators, brokers and referrers
Provide support, training and guidance to aggregators, brokers and referrers
Identify commercial lending opportunities that align with Judo’s risk appetite
Facilitate application proposals on behalf of brokers and referrers before presenting opportunities to bankers, while also maintaining relationships with these brokers and referrers
Deal directly with Judo’s banker network on behalf of the aggregator, brokers or referrers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, application standards, quality referrals and support follow ups
Transition applications that fit Judo’s risk appetite to bankers from new and existing brokers and referrers and enhance the overall customer experience
Deepen Judo lending knowledge across Judo’s broker referral network by providing proactive quality support to develop and obtain consistent transaction flow from this cohort
Maintain compliance across the broker and referrer book and support the wider Third Party Team

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial banking, credit, or related field
