Desired Skills and Experience
A little bit about you…
Your life pre Judo:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit decisioning of business lending transactions in Regional Commercial
Previous work experience in a regional location will be highly regarded
Previous experience in a relationship role (i.e., Analyst, Relationship Manager /Director)
An ability to think independently about the finance needs of businesses and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong credit writing skills
