Owning the end-to-end solution design for strategically important initiatives, ensuring the technical blueprint effectively translates business goals into feasible, scalable, and robust systems.
Collaborating deeply with diverse technical stakeholders (e.g., software, cloud, data engineers) to co-create, refine, and clearly articulate solution designs, ensuring technical details align with the overall architecture and guiding implementation efforts.
Architecting elegant and effective solutions to complex technical and integration challenges across diverse domains (Core Banking, Data, Digital), focusing on proactive problem identification and designing for resilience, scalability, and maintainability.

Defining the solution architecture and providing technical leadership throughout the design phase of larger technology initiatives, guiding internal and external engineers on the technical vision and design patterns.
Designing the integration and interaction between technology components within a solution, ensuring the overall architecture inherently aligns with architectural design principles and engineering standards from the design stage.
Identifying and architecting solutions for key technical dependencies and integration points between systems and teams as part of the end-to-end solution design.
Defining and documenting comprehensive solution designs and specifications, including non-functional requirements, to ensure clarity and enable the development of high-quality technology deliverables.
Collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, architects, and delivery leads to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, validate design feasibility, and effectively communicate the architectural vision to guide implementation.

Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle to define requirements, co-create solutions, and validate technical designs.
Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions leveraging cloud-native principles and event-driven architectures, effectively incorporating input from deep technical practitioners into the design process.
Strong ability to apply banking domain expertise to architect contextually relevant, effective, and compliant technical solutions.
