Now, about this role…

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can think independently about the finance needs of property developers and structure construction loans in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework
• Has demonstrated experience working with complex developers and construction loans
• Has a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses
• Can demonstrate a history of creating strong relationships customers directly and with other business partners more generally, including builders, developers and surveyors 
• Is passionate about empowering and supporting Australian businesses to help SMEs see amazing outcomes
• Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking
• Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual 
• Can drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the SME market, which relies critically on the judgement of our experienced lenders
• Can help design and deliver a best practice relationship model for our customers
• Working in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help build the foundations of Judo
